We currently only ship within Canada, and charge an $10.00 flat fee for orders under $150. Orders over $150 will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.
All orders will be mailed via Canada Post and you will be sent a tracking number to the email provided. If you are in need for faster shipping options please contact us and we can make arrangements.
If you live outside of Canada, we are happy to ship to you. Please contact us at email@example.com before making your order so we can give you shipping rates.
If you are unable to make it into the store and there is something specific you would like to purchase, we offer a local pick up option You can choose this option at checkout and pick up from the store whenever is convenient for you during our ‘open’ hours

We will offer free local delivery for all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries will be made the same or next day.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 30th are eligible for exchange or store credit until Jan 8th with tags still attached. Must be noted at checkout that it is a gift or provide proof of gift receipt.
Exchange or store credit for eligible items may be done within 7 days of the date of purchase. Items must be brought back in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags attached. SALE items purchased online will be honoured by the 7 day exchange or store credit policy.
All clearance/sale items (purchased in store), swimwear, intimates, jewelry, cards, stationary, body products, and hair accessories are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be made.
Return process must begin within 7 days of receiving parcel, this does not include shipping time back to us. Customers are responsible for shipping their own return.
Damaged or Faulty Clothing
If you receive clothing that is damaged or faulty upon arrival please contact us. Every effort will be made to provide you with an exchange, if the item is unavailable we are happy to refund the customer to their original form of payment. All clothing is inspected for flaws but sometimes we miss things! However, no returns will be accepted for clothing damaged by wrongful use, improper wash and care, or regular wear and tear.
